Kelly Nash was born in Davie, Florida, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. Kelly Nash spent her childhood boating and fishing alongside her father Ed Nash. Kaitlyn Nash is her sister , and Carolyn Nash is her brother. Kelly Nash is of English, Irish, Swedish, and Portuguese Ethnic group. Her great-grandfather, who was a Portuguese immigrant, came to America from Portugal.



 Since the age of five, Kelly Nash was a lover of the Miami Marlins. Even though she was a sports fan from a young age, she always hoped to become a news anchor. Kelly Nash received a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina in the year 2006. Clemson granted her with a Master's degree in Youth Development Leadership. In exchange for covering their baseball and soccer teams for the duration of her Sports information Department career, she received full athletic scholarships through the Clemson Academic Department.



 Kelly Nash is MLB Network studio host who appears in several shows that the network airs, including the evening highlights program, Quick Pitch. She is also an NHL Network Studio host, appearing on the Nightly Game recap Show, On The Fly. In March 2015 she joined the MLB Network. She also began contributing to the NHL Network in 2015. This was when the NHL Network's day-to-day operations were housed at the MLB Network headquarters.
