Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an Hollywood writer and actor Her talent has gained her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius. Born at the age of 3 in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's among the three children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She has English and Scottish heritage. Moore's father was a mover frequently due to his work. It was difficult for her to make and keep friendships. The family moved to Germany Moore attended Frankfurt American High School where she started appearing in productions. In 1983 she received the Master of Fine Arts from Boston University. The latter production, for which she received several awards and critical acclaim. Moore was first cast in the role of a leading lady for the film Safe (1996). Steven Spielberg, who was director of Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997, one of the highest earning films, chose Moore as a lead actor. She was awarded the SAG award for her work in Magnolia. The Hours starred Moore in 2002. It was also nominated by Nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Moore is also featured in The Forgotten (2004), Freedomland 2006, Shelter 2010, etc. Non-Stop was a film in which where she was a part of the cast in 2014, was released. Moore has been in many productions and films. Most recently, she starred as the lead in When You Finish Saving The World (2022). The actress has made herself known in Hollywood as well as being an author of children's books. She released her first book Freckleface Strawberry (2007) and became an N.Y.T. bestseller. Best-seller, it was also adapted into series and a music. In 2013, she published the book, My Mom is a Foreigner. Moore being a successful actor and author is also known for making her personal life public. She was a bridesmaid to John Robin from 1984 until 1995. They have two children together with Bart Freundlich whom she later was married to in 2003. Moore's life is all about her friends from the family and work.
